How he joined the club: Signed as a Homegrown Player on Dec. 22, 2014

2017 (CHICAGO FIRE): Had four assists in seven games, each of which were starts. Doody recorded his first career assist as a professional in a 3-2 loss at SKC on 7/29. He then became the first Fire Homegrown Player to record three assists in a game one week later vs. NE on 8/5.

2016 (CHICAGO FIRE): Did not appear in a first team match. Saint Louis FC (USL): Scored two goals in 12 games while on loan.

2015 (CHICAGO FIRE): Appeared in seven games, six of which were starts. Made his MLS debut when he started in a 1-0 home win against SEA on 7/11. Was also in the starting XI, along with Chris Ritter and Harry Shipp, against CLB on 7/15, marking the first time in club history that three Homegrown Players started a match. Recorded his first MLS assist against NYR on 10/25, assisting on Gilberto’s goal in the 78th minute. Saint Louis FC (USL): Started 18 of his 21 appearances and tied for the team lead with four assists. Started three matches in U.S. Open Cup play for Saint Louis FC. Converted his penalty kick as Saint Louis defeated Minnesota United in the third round of the tournament

COLLEGE (INDIANA): In 83 matches for the Hoosiers, Doody scored six goals and tallied thwelve assists. A senior captain, Doody was recently named to the 2014 Big Ten All-Tournament team. In 2012, Doody assisted on the game-winning goal in the 1-0 victory over Georgetown, leading IU to their eight national title.

PDL (CHICAGO FIRE): Appeared in 14 games between 2012-14.

YOUTH (CHICAGO FIRE): Scored seven goals in 28 games for the U-18’s during their 2009-10 campaign. Had six goals in 28 games for the U-16’s in 2008-09.
