Q. What do I get as a 2018 Chicago Fire Season Ticket Holder?
Chicago Fire season tickets include access to all 17 MLS regular season matches. Chicago Fire Season Ticket Holders also receive many great benefits including Season Ticket Holder tailgates, complimentary parking for select locations, 20% savings on concession purchases and savings on single game ticket prices, 10% discount at Heineken Pub97. These discounts are achieved via the Season Ticket Holder discount card mailed to you at the start of the season. Q. How do I access my tickets digitally?
You can access all your digital tickets by accessing Chicago-Fire.com/myaccount and logging into your account.

Q. What is 10% for Ten?
In 2017, we offered our “10% for Ten” Campaign for a 3rd straight year to Season Ticket Holders with the ability to receive 10% off their 2018 Season Ticket Holder price.

Q. Will there be a Season Ticket Holder Gift in 2018? 
Yes, all Season Ticket Holders that renew within our 10% off for Ten days will receive an exclusive Chicago Fire Season Ticket Holder branded 3x5 Flag.

Q. What is the Tiered Season Ticket Holder Pricing?
Starting in 2018, we are fundamentally shifting our game-by-game ticket values for all fans (not just Season Ticket Holders). The benefit Season Ticket Holders receive is having the best value by separating games into our three-tier system (Gold, Silver, Bronze). It allows us to accurately value each game in your season ticket package. We want to draw direct parallels to how you feel about the tickets that you have within your package.

Q. What is the Ticket Exchange Program?
If a Season Ticket Holder is unable to attend a match, they can exchange game tickets for a future Chicago Fire game that is listed. 2018 Home games are separated into 3 tiers (Gold, Silver, Bronze). Tiers are interchangeable excluding Gold tier. Click here to view our Tiered Exchange Program Guidelines.

Q. Is there a deadline to complete a Ticket Exchange prior to a Home Match?
Ticket Exchanges must be completed 72 hours prior to the home match. Tickets that go unused for matches that have passed cannot be retroactively exchanged or rolled over.

There are three ways that Season Ticket Holders can exchange tickets:
· Online: Log into My Account
· Email or Call Season Ticket Services: seasonticketservices@chicago-fire.com or (708) 496-6800
· Call your Service Representative: Meet Your Season Ticket Services Representatives
· Matchday: Exchange tickets at the customer service window at the Toyota Park box office.
There is a $5.00 exchange fee on matchdays.

Q. How do I get free parking?
Season Ticket Holders with 2 or more season tickets in Corner Kick, Premier, Center Circle, Club receive 1 Complimentary Parking Booklet for the 2018 season. Fans with season tickets in Skyway and Harlem End, as well as any fan with 1 season ticket can purchase parking at $10 per pass until January 31st and $15 per pass following January 31st.

Q. Do I get a bonus if I refer a friend to purchase season tickets?
Season Ticket Holders who refer a friend or family member to purchase season tickets will receive 20% of the total purchase price of the seats the friend or family member purchased once paid in full. There is also an option to split the 20% between the current season ticket holder and the referee.

Q. What are my options if I do not have a smartphone?
An option to receive your tickets printed on hard stock is available. Please call dedicated service representative or our general service line at (708) 496-6800 or email seasonticketservices@chicago-fire.com

Q. Can I download my digital tickets in advance?
• iOS Users: Log-in via Safari Browser and download your Ticket QR Code to your Wallet.
• Android Users: Log-in via Google Chrome Browser and download your Ticket QR Code to your Google Drive.

Q. What is my options on the day of the game?
Access your Fire Account through the Chicago Fire Soccer App, view your ticket QR code on mobile and have your phone scanned at the gate.

If tickets were not printed in advance of the game or there are any phone issues, please go to Customer Service windows located at one of the first four windows outside our Box Office outside of Gate D

Q. How do I purchase additional tickets at my Season Ticket Holder discount rate?
All Season Ticket Holders can purchase additional tickets at a discounted season ticket holder rate. To purchase tickets at this unique price please contact your dedicated Season Ticket Services Representative. The Season Ticket Services team is easily accessible via phone, email, or text. Q. How do I print my tickets at home?
Access Chicago-Fire.com/MyAccount
· Log-in with email address or account number
· Scroll down to My Upcoming Events or if the game is later in the season go to Calendar and find game and select it
· Click on Print-at-Home > check box on each ticket to print > click upper right corner “Tickets (#)” > Tickets will save as PDF > Access document and print at home

Q. Where is the Season Ticket Holder parking lot located?
The Season Ticket Holder parking lot is a designated lot on the West side of the stadium. Season Ticket Holders can enter this lot through parking entrance S1 off of 71st Street. Season Ticket Holders must have their designated Full Season Ticket Holder parking pass to be allowed into this parking lot. Access to east side parking is also allowed for those with the Season Ticket Holder parking passes.

Q. Where can I pick up tickets left at Will Call?
The Toyota Park Box Office is located outside of Gate D on the East side of the stadium. Will Call tickets will be placed at the windows labeled “Will Call” at the Main Box Office. The Main Box office opens three (3) hours prior to kick off for all home games. For questions or concerns about Will Call tickets and Main Box Office hours, please call Season Ticket Services at (708) 496-6800

Q. How do I get a message on the board during a match?
A great way to celebrate a birthday or announcement is by displaying a message on the electronic boards during a Fire match. At multiple donation levels to the Chicago Fire Foundation, we are able to display your special message during the game. To place your order now, PLEASE CLICK HERE

Q. How will playoff ticketing work? How many tickets can I buy for the playoffs and do I get my seats?
All Season Ticket Holders receive priority pre-sale access to their seat location and ability to purchase our Playoff Strip (each round of playoffs excluding MLS Cup) at a discounted price for MLS Playoffs. Purchase of the Playoff Strip guarantees that every home game we have, you have tickets in your seats at your price.

Q. How will I be charged from round to round of the playoffs?
As home games are confirmed for specific round (Knockout, Conference Semi-Final, Conference Final), you will be charged on agreed credit card for the game. Season Ticket Holders will have priority access for MLS Cup tickets. 

Q. Can I buy playoff tickets if I have not renewed for 2018?
Season Ticket Holders who renew for 2018 through the “10% off for 10 Days” will also receive 10% off 2017 Playoff Strip. Season Ticket Holders who do not renew for 2018, will forgo the 10% off on Playoff Strip, but ability to purchase the Playoff Strip at a season ticket holder discounted price.
