Q. What do I get as a 2019 Chicago Fire Season Ticket Holder?
Chicago Fire season tickets include access to all 17 MLS regular season matches. Chicago Fire Season Ticket Holders also receive many great benefits including complimentary parking for select locations, 20% savings on concession purchases and savings on single game ticket prices, 10% discount at Heineken Pub97. Q. Will there be a Season Ticket Holder Gift in 2019? 
Yes, all Season Ticket Holders that renew by October 31, 2018 will receive an exclusive Chicago Fire Commemorative Gift. In addition, our Premium (Club/Fieldside) Season Ticket Holders will receive a 2019 Adidas Anthem Jacket.

Q. What is the Tiered Season Ticket Holder Pricing?
Tiered Season Ticket Holder Pricing will return in 2019. The benefit Season Ticket Holders receive is having the best value by separating matches into our three-tier system (Gold, Silver, Bronze). It allows fans to know the value of each of their matches, where they have the option, if they cannot attend a game, to list a game for re-sale at an accurate price or exchange tickets into a similar match.

Q. What is the Ticket Exchange Program?
If a Season Ticket Holder is unable to attend a match, they can exchange game tickets for a future Chicago Fire game that is listed. 2019 Home games are separated into 3 tiers (Gold, Silver, Bronze). Q. Can I Exchange a Bronze/Silver Ticket into a Gold Match?
New for 2019, Season Ticket Holders have the ability to pay to upgrade any of their Bronze/Silver tickets for the value of their Gold ticket. Gold tier tickets are the highest value in the Season Ticket Holder package and hold the most re-sale value, if fans cannot attend a Gold match.

Q. Can I exchange a Gold Ticket into a Bronze/Silver Match?
Season Ticket Holders have the option to exchange Gold tickets into other Gold matches, as the ticket value stays the same, however Gold tickets cannot be exchanged into Bronze/Silver tiered matches. If no other Gold match can be attended our recommendation is to re-sell or share your tickets with a friend.

Q. Is there a deadline to complete a Ticket Exchange prior to a Home Match?
Ticket Exchanges must be completed 72 hours prior to the home match. Tickets that are unused for matches that have passed cannot be retroactively exchanged or rolled over.

There are three ways that Season Ticket Holders can exchange tickets:

  • Email or Call Season Ticket Services: seasonticketservices@chicago-fire.com or (708) 496-6800
  • Call your Service Representative: Meet Your Season Ticket Services Representatives
  • Matchday: Exchange tickets at the customer service window at the Toyota Park box office.
    • There is a $5.00 exchange fee on matchdays.

Q. How do I get free parking?
Season Ticket Holders with two (2) or more season tickets in Corner Kick, Premier, Center Circle, Club will receive one (1) Complimentary Parking Booklet for the 2019 season. Fans with season tickets in Skyway and Harlem End, as well as any fan with one (1) season ticket can purchase parking at $10 per pass until January 31st and $15 per pass following January 31st.

Q. Do I get a bonus if I refer a friend to purchase season tickets?
Season Ticket Holders who refer a friend or family member to purchase season tickets has the option of the following:

  • $75 to use at Concessions Stand for Fire MLS Match
  • $75 to use at Chicago Fire Fan Shop
  • $75 towards 2020 season ticket Renewal

Q. What are my options if I do not have a smartphone?

Q. How do I purchase additional tickets at my Season Ticket Holder discount rate?
All Season Ticket Holders can purchase additional tickets at a discounted Season Ticket Holder rate. To purchase tickets at this unique price please contact your dedicated Season Ticket Services Representative. The Season Ticket Services team is easily accessible via phone, email, or text. Q. Where is the Season Ticket Holder parking lot located?
The Season Ticket Holder parking lot is a designated lot on the West side of the stadium. Season Ticket Holders can enter this lot through parking entrance S1 off 71st Street. Season Ticket Holders must have their designated  Season Ticket Holder parking placard to be allowed into this parking lot. Access to east side (S2) parking is also allowed for those with the Season Ticket Holder parking passes.

Q. Where can I pick up tickets left at Will Call?
The Toyota Park Box Office is located outside of Gate D on the East side of the stadium. Will Call tickets will be placed at the windows labeled “Will Call” at the Main Box Office. The Main Box office opens three (3) hours prior to kick off for all home games. For questions or concerns about Will Call tickets and Main Box Office hours, please call Season Ticket Services at (708) 496-6800

Q. How do I get a message on the board during a match?
