  • Defender Jorge Corrales replaces Raheem Edwards in today's starting XI, one of two changes to the opening lineup from the Fire's 3-3 draw at D.C. United on Wednesday night.
  • In addition, forward Nemanja Nikolić returns to the XI for the first time since May 18, while PrzemysƂaw Frankowski will be available as a substitution.
  • Johan Kappelhof starts in defense after being listed as questionable following a 43rd minute precautionary exit from Wednesday night's match. It will be Kappelhof's 110th appearance for the Fire.
  • Midfielder NicolĂĄs GaitĂĄn gets the starting nod in midfield following a Man of the Match-worthy performance on Wednesday in his return from a thigh injury.
  • Goalkeeper Kenneth Kronholm gets his third start in net a week after debuting for the Men In Red against NYCFC last Saturday.
  • CJ Sapong starts and enters the match riding a two-game scoring streak, after netting his team-leading sixth goal of the season in Wednesday's draw at D.C.
  • Captain Dax McCarty gets his 16th start and remains the only Fire player to start every match for the Club in 2019.
  • McCarty and Bastian Schweinsteiger each make their 70th appearance for the Fire, respectively, since joining the Club in 2017.
