Another sign that the launch of FIFA19 is right around the corner came today (Saturday) when EA SPORTS unveiled the list of the top-30 rated MLS players in this year's edition of the game.
The Fire's Bastian Schweinsteiger took his rightful place among the league's most highly rated performers, checking in at No. 6 overall in MLS with an 80 rating. Schweinsteiger is the top-rated non-attack-first MLS player in the game, behind an attack-minded top-5 of Zlatan Ibrahimović (LAG, 85), David Villa (NYC, 82), Sebastian Giovinco (TOR, 82), Carlos Vela (LAFC, 81) and Josef MartÃnez (ATL, 81).
