Chicago Fire forward Alan Gordon has been named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 14 following his performance in a 2-1 win over the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday night.
Gordon scored his third goal in three matches on a header, finishing off a Luis Solignac cross to give the Fire the lead during the first half. Gordon also contributed defensively, clearing a ball off the line with a bicycle kick that helped keep the Earthquakes off the board in the first half.
