CHICAGO (Dec. 18, 2017) – The Chicago Fire Soccer Club and forward David Arshakyan have mutually agreed to terminate the player’s contract.
“Despite the best efforts of both sides, these past 16 months did not work out as either would have hoped. We wish David the best of luck as he continues his career,” said Fire general manager Nelson Rodríguez.
Arshakyan signed with the Fire on Aug. 3, 2016. He made 16 regular season appearances for the Men in Red.
