Major League Soccer announced Friday the year's top-25 best-selling player jerseys from around the league, where Fire midfielder and German legend Bastian Schweinsteiger's No. 31 Fire shirt ranked No. 2 among all MLS players.

The rankings are based on overall retail sales of adidas MLS jerseys on MLSStore.com from the beginning of 2017 through the conclusion of the regular season.
Atlanta United FC midfielder Miguel Almiron topped the list. Rounding out the top five were Atlanta’s Josef Martinez (3), Seattle Sounders FC forward Jordan Morris (4), and New York City FC forward David Villa (5).
Schweinsteiger, a nominee for the MLS Newcomer of the Year award, played in 24 games with 23 starts, scoring three goals and adding six assists.
