CHICAGO (August 6, 2014) — In conjunction with the Center on Halsted and Section 8 Chicago, the Chicago Fire Soccer Club will host its Third Annual LGBT Pride Night on Sunday, August 10 as the Men in Red take on the New York Red Bulls. With kick-off at Toyota Park set for 7 p.m. CT, Pride Night will feature, discounted tickets for LGBT organizations, Pride-themed elements within game presentation, and more.
“Our annual Pride Night is an opportunity to partner with great organizations like the Center on Halsted who do great work in the LGBT community,” said Chicago Fire COO Atul Kholsa. “From participating in Chicago’s Annual Pride Parade to hosting Pride Night at Toyota Park over the past three years, the Club is committed to promoting inclusivity on and off the pitch.”
