The Chicago Fire Soccer Club Communications Department looks forward to working with you during the 2019 season at Toyota Park.

Season Credentials

Media with 2019 Chicago Fire full season credentials will have access to all Fire home games, including exhibitions and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup games.

Season credentials will be issued to media members who have demonstrated ongoing and consistent coverage of the Fire and have a legitimate working function on gamedays.

Membership in a professional association does not automatically qualify an individual for credentials.

Credentials are not transferable.

Each media member shall only qualify for one category.

Credential requests will be considered only if they are submitted by the sports editor, by the sports director/producer or by the photo editor.

Any member of the media using media passes for unauthorized purposes or any manner deemed unsuitable by the Chicago Fire will have their credential revoked.

The following actions will result in the permanent seizure of the credential:

  • Requesting autographs at any time
  • Taking photographs with players/coaches/celebrities
  • Conducting unauthorized interviews
  • Publishing content that is willfully false about the club and its staff, players or other Fire employees.
  • Unprofessional behavior (cheering in the press box, consumption of alcoholic beverages, failure to abide by posted rules, etc.)

Requests for individual game credentials must be made at least 24 hours in advance on company letterhead and emailed to the Communications Department at: mediacredentials@chicago-fire.com.
