Please review the Team Manager Checklist and download all required documents for the tournament. Teams will not be allowed to compete until all the necessary paperwork has been received.

Tournament registration will be open on Friday, August 23rd from 12:00-8:00 PM at Libertyville Township Soccer Complex (30080 Technology Way, Libertyville, IL, 60048). Player passes will be checked against all received player information, and any missing materials must be brought to registration.
Team files must be complete before player passes are banded at the check-in location. Those playing on Friday will be required to have their player passes banded at least two hours prior to your first game. Players need not be present at registration.
PLEASE NOTE – it is highly recommended that teams send in their paperwork prior to the tournament and check-in on the Friday night.
