Q: Which devices are supported?
A: The Frequent Fire Pass is supported by iOS and Android devices only. (Note - iPhone requires iOS 11.0 and later. Android requires 5.0 and later.)

Q: Can I purchase the Frequent Fire Pass if I don't have a supported phone?
A: The Frequent Fire Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the SeatGeek app and is only supported on iOS and Android devices.

Q: Which matches are included with my Frequent Fire Pass?
A: Your Frequent Fire Pass includes one ticket to each home match during the month of your subscription.

Q: Does my Frequent Fire Pass give me an assigned seat?
A: Yes, the Frequent Fire Pass includes a seat located in section 116. It is a General Admission section with bleacher-style seating. Exact seats are not assigned.

Q: When do I receive my tickets?
A: Within 48 hours of subscribing, you will receive an email from tickets@chicago-fire.com prompting you to register for SMS messaging. In order to receive tickets, you will need to register your Frequent Fire Pass by opting in to receive this text message on the day of each match with a link to access your ticket(s).

Q: How do I access my Frequent Fire Pass for entry to the stadium?
A: You will receive a text message notification 2 hours prior to the beginning of the match notifying you when your tickets are available. To access those tickets use the following steps:

  • Click the link in the text message
  • Accept your seats
  • View your barcode and scan into SeatGeek Stadium

Q: When can I access my Frequent Fire Pass?
A: You will receive a text message 2 hours prior to the beginning match to access your ticket(s) for that match.

Q: Where do Frequent Fire Pass holders enter the stadium?
A: Frequent Fire Pass holders can enter the stadium via any main gate.

Q: Can I upgrade my Frequent Fire Pass to a different section?
A: Subject to availability, seat upgrades will be offered and can be purchased for an additional fee within the SeatGeek app via the Upgrades icon.

Q: Can I print my Frequent Fire Pass mobile ticket?
A: The Frequent Fire Pass is a mobile-only program integrated with the SeatGeek app. Tickets cannot be printed.

Q: How do I renew my Frequent Fire Pass for the next month?
A: The Frequent Fire Pass auto-renews each month to the card you used at the time of your primary purchase for the 2019 regular season. You will be charged $19.99 on the first of each month through September 2019. Charges will be processed as follows:

  • At time of purchase – May Pass
  • June 1 - June Pass
  • July 1 – July Pass
  • August 1 - August Pass
  • September 1 - September Pass

Q: How do I cancel my Frequent Fire Pass?
A: You may opt-out of your monthly subscription of the Frequent Fire Pass by emailing tickets@chicago-fire.com. Once you cancel your Frequent Fire Pass, you will not be able to resubscribe until the following season.

Q: Is the Frequent Fire Pass refundable?
A: Frequent Fire Pass purchases are non-refundable.

Q: Can I sell my Frequent Fire Pass for matches that I do not attend?
A: The Frequent Fire Pass is non-transferable.

Q: Can I share my Frequent Fire Pass with someone else?
A: The Frequent Fire Pass is non-transferable and must be managed on the smartphone of the person who purchased the pass.

Q: How far in advance of a match do I need to purchase the Frequent Fire Pass?
A: Please purchase your Frequent Fire Pass at least 48 business hours in advance of the next match on the regular season home schedule.
