50/50 RAFFLE FAQS

  1. Who is eligible to purchase 50/50 Raffle tickets?
    No person affiliated with the eligible organization, affiliated sports team, affiliated association, eligible recipient organization, or a registered manufacturer and distributor of raffle-related products or services, including any affiliated person, any employee or agent, or their immediate family member, may participate in any registered event as a raffle player or receive a raffle prize. Participants must be 18 years old to play.
     
  2. When are 50/50 tickets sold?
    Sellers start selling an hour and a half before kickoff until the 60th minute of the match.
     
  3. Where can I purchase 50/50 Raffle tickets at TOYOTA PARK?
    Find one of our raffle sellers in their green 50/50 raffle aprons roaming TOYOTA PARK concourse and parking lots both pre-match and during the match. Tickets can also be purchased at the Chicago Fire Foundation tent behind section 123 or at the raffle kiosk behind section 111.
     
  4. How much do raffle tickets cost?
    ​​2 tickets for $5
    5 tickets for $10
    20 tickets for $20
    100 tickets for $40
     
  5. Do I have to be present to win?
    Ticket holders do not need to be present to win but must claim their prize within two (2) business days by emailing raffle@chicago-fire.com.
     
  6. Where can I find the winning number?
    The winning number will be displayed on the jumbotron at the 80th minute, announced via the public address system following the conclusion of the match, posted online here and can be heard by calling 708-496-6650.
     
  7. If I have the winning ticket, where do I take my ticket to claim my prize?
    To claim your prize, visit the Chicago Fire Foundation tent on the concourse located behind section 123 or email raffle@chicago-fire.com. Prizes must be claimed within two (2) business days.
     
  8. Will the winner receive the money at the game they win and how long does it take to get the money?
    No, winners will receive a check via mail within 7-10 business days.
     
  9. Where does the other half of the proceeds go?
    The remaining proceeds will be used by the Chicago Fire Foundation, the charitable arm of the Chicago Fire Soccer Club. The Foundation is committed to improving the quality of life throughout Chicagoland by leveraging its resources and expertise in the area of soccer to provide sports-based youth development and direct-service programs to underserved communities.
     
  10.  Are my winnings taxed?
    Yes, the Chicago Fire Foundation will provide the winners with the appropriate tax documentation forms.
     
  11.  What methods of payment do you accept?
    50/50 Raffle Sellers will accept cash only.
