Quaker Invitational Information
TEAM PARTICIPATION, PLAYER/COACH PASSES AND GUEST PLAYERS
If you wish to participate in the QUAKER INVITATIONAL, please complete the online application in its entirety and complete payment (US currency). The application must be completed online and tournament fee paid by July 24, 2015. The online registration can be found at www.chicago-fire.com/quaker-invitational. Fees can be paid either online with a credit card (processing fee applies) or by mailing in a check.
Players, coaching staff and family members participating in the tournament will have an opportunity to experience the ‘Athletes Village’. The Athletes Village is an interactive area located in the middle of the Libertyville soccer fields and will host Quaker, Adidas, Eurosport and Chicago Fire fun activities for participants to take part in when not on the field of play. The village will also feature lounge areas with TV’s and PlayStations available to play.
Teams should mail/email in all required documents by Friday August 7th to: Greater Libertyville Soccer Association, Attn: Gina Wessel, 1860 W. Winchester Rd. #204, Libertyville, IL, 60048 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Team's can check their registration status online once your paperwork has been sent in.
Tournament registration will be open on Friday August 14th from 12:00-8:00 PM at Libertyville Sports Complex, 1950 N. Highway 45, Libertyville. Player passes will be checked against all received player information, and any missing materials must be brought to registration.
Team files must be complete before player passes are banded at the check-in location. Those playing on Friday will be required to have their player passes banded at least two hours prior to your first game. T-shirts will also be collected at this point. Players need not be present at registration.
Tournament registration will also be open on Saturday August 15th from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM at Libertyville Soccer Complex, 1860 W Winchester Rd, Libertyville, IL, 60048. If your first game is on Saturday, all teams must be registered a minimum of 1 hour before your first game.
Please Note – it is highly recommended that teams send in their paperwork prior to the tournament and check-in on the Friday night.
