Eric Gehrig shares hilarious scene from Fire's travels to Toronto

Basti Airport

Bastian Schweinsteiger's first road trip with the Chicago Fire already has produced its first memorable moment, and kickoff is still a day away.

As the team landed in Toronto's Pearson International Airport Thursday afternoon, Fire assistant coach Eric Gehrig was there to capture a hilarious scene involving the German Designated Player and World Cup winner. While Basti has grown accustomed to being a coveted addition in fans' selfies the world over, this instance found him on the other side of the camera for a naive airport traveler excited to have her photo taken with some professional athletes.
