Tips and reminders to make the most of your visit to Toyota Park in 2017

Fire Fest

The 2017 Chicago Fire season is officially underway! Before heading to cheer on the Men In Red, take a look below at some helpful reminders and new initiatives to improve your matchday experience this season. Be sure to arrive in your seat early to enjoy the all-new prematch ceremony!

Remember, you can visit Chicago-Fire.com/tickets to purchase single-game tickets and learn more about available mini-packs and group rates.

PARKING

Fans arriving to Toyota Park in 2017 will notice construction areas at the far east and north ends of the parking lots (click here for parking map). These construction sites will have limited effect on the matchday experience for our fans, but the pick-up and drop-off location for ride-sharing fans has changed for this season. The new space for ride-share access is in the gravel lot adjacent to 71st Street. Ride sharers can drop enter S2, drop off Fans and exit out of S3.

Parking rates remain unchanged in 2017 at $20 for all cars (cash only) and $30 for buses and RVs (cash only). Lots open three hours prior to kickoff of all matches.

PUB TO PITCH

Let us drive you to the match with the Pub to Pitch bus program presented by Heineken! Round-trip Pub To Pitch bus rides are available from nine bars across the Chicago area, allowing supporters to ride to and from Toyota Park every matchday and avoid the hassle of driving. You also never know when you'll be on our winning bus of the match and receive free gear and giveaways courtesy of Heineken!

Want to get even more involved in Pub To Pitch? Check out our new Pub To Pitch bus captain rewards program. Help your fellow riders enjoy the Pub To Pitch experience and earn points for each match that you serve as a bus captain -- the more you captain, the more you qualify for great prizes at the end of the year!

Bus tickets purchased in advance are only $10 for Season Ticket Holders and $15 for non-Season Ticket Holders. All matchday sales are $20 per ticket. For updates on availability and matchday procedures, follow us on Twitter at @PubToPitch

DIGITAL TICKETING

We’ve gone digital! Season Ticket Holders now have access to their tickets via the Chicago Fire Digital Ticketing platform accessible via the team's mobile app and Ticketmaster portal, allowing you to scan in at the gates using only your smartphone. You can download your tickets via the Chicago Fire Mobile App (or even screenshot them to avoid potential connectivity issues). Enter your email and password and select the tickets for the game! And while your tickets are no longer added to your Season Ticket Holder card, don’t forget your Benefits Card on matchday to receive a discount on concessions (20%) and merchandise (20%). (Reminder, your Benefits Card can also save you 10% off your final tab at Heineken Pub97.)

SEASON TICKET HOLDER OF THE MATCH

Do you know a Season Ticket holder that exudes Fire pride? That supports the team through thick and thin? Works hard to build the club and wears the badge with honor? Maybe, it’s you?

Don’t forget about our Season Ticket Holder of the Match program, nominated by you, the fans! Season Ticket Holders have the chance to nominate those they believe should be recognized as an Official Season Ticket Holder of the Match. This experience includes valet parking, First Kick on the Pitch and a special gift! Check out your Season Ticket Holder newsletter, sent out the first Wednesday of every month for details.

MY FIRST FIRE MATCH

Are you a young fan attending a Fire match at Toyota Park for the first time? If so, welcome! Be sure to stop by the Guest Services Booth on the northeast concourse or in Fire Fest to pick up your certificate and be entered to be one of our lucky 'My First Fire Match' winners for the day! You could win an autographed matchday poster and the chance to have your photo taken on the field following the game!

MAN OF THE MATCH

The Chicago Fire Man of the Match, presented by Krakus Polish Ham, is voted on by Fire supporters during each match. Fans can vote for the Fire player who had the biggest positive impact on the result through the Official Chicago Fire Mobile App. All season long, we keep track of which Chicago Fire players are named Krakus Man of the Match, viewable at Chicago-Fire.com/ManoftheMatch.
