Four Chicago Fire Players in Action During International Break

FOUR CHICAGO FIRE PLAYERS IN ACTION DURING INTERNATIONAL BREAK
Coming off a 3-1 home win over the New England Revolution on Oct. 3, four Chicago Fire players joined their respective national teams for a variety of international competitions.
David Accam will join Avram Grant's side in Washington, D.C. for an international friendly against Canada at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 13.
Daneil Cyrus and Joevin Jones have been called up by Trinidad and Tobago head coach Stephen Hart for international friendlies against Panama in Panama City on Oct. 8 and against Nicaragua at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad on Oct. 13.
After securing a spot in the Olympic Qualifying Championship semifinal, Matt Polster and the U.S. U-23s take on Panama at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo. Polster featured the full 90 minutes in the 3-1 victory over Canada on Oct. 1 in the United States' group opener at Sporting Park. Polster started and played 60 minutes in their second group match, tallying an assist on the second goal of a 6-1 win over Cuba at Sporting Park on Oct. 3.
The winners of the two semifinal matches qualify directly for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. The winner of the third place match will battle Colombia in a one-game playoff for the final spot in the Olympics.
KICKOFF TIME SET FOR MATCH AT D.C. UNITED
With national outlets making flex decisions for the League's 'Decision Day' matches, D.C. United has announced a 1:00 p.m. CT start time for October 18. With that, the final two games of the season are set as follows:
Sunday, Oct. 18 at D.C. United - 1 p.m. CT - CSN or CSN+
Saturday, Oct. 25 vs. New York Red Bulls - 4 p.m. CT - CSN
Coverage each day begins 30 minutes prior with a live pregame show.
