Vote Patrick Nyarko for AT&T MLS Goal of the Week

Goal of the Week 26

Patrick Nyarko's third MLS goal of the 2015 season surely ranks near the top of his 19 career goals for the Chicago Fire in terms of degree of difficulty. With the Fire and New York Red Bulls tied at one late in the first half on August 26, Nyarko accepted an improvisational "chest pass" from teammate Michael Stephens near the penalty spot and whirled to fire a left-footed blast beyond the reach of goalkeeper Luis Robles.

The strike is one of five candidates for Major League Soccer's Goal of the Week honor, landing Nyarko in the company of fellow nominees Conor Doyle (Colorado Rapids), Diego Fagundez (New England Revolution), Andrew Jacobson (NYCFC) and Bradley Wright-Phillips (New York Red Bulls).
