Jason Johnson's Winner Up for AT&T MLS Goal of the Week

Jason Johnson GotW

It’s time to show your support for the latest clutch performance by Jason Johnson. The Fire forward is one of five finalists for AT&T MLS Goal of the Week after his 92nd-minute strikegave the Men in Red a 1-0 win against Seattle on Saturday. He took a feed from fellow substitute, Michael Stephens, then cut toward the middle of the 18-yard box and blasted a left-footed shot into the side netting past Sounders goalkeeper Troy Perkins.

The goal was Johnson’s second of the year, following up his 93rd-minute equalizer on May 22 at Columbus.
