Energized by Saturday’s dramatic 1-0 victory over Western Conference-leading Seattle Sounders FC, the Chicago Fire begin the second half of the Major League Soccer regular season against Columbus Crew SC Wednesday at Toyota Park.
Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. CT with pregame coverage beginning Comcast SportsNet Chicago at 7 p.m.
In addition to enjoying $2 Hot Dogs courtesy of Red Hot Chicago, fans in attendance will be treated to a postmatch fireworks show scheduled to begin approximately 10 minutes after the game’s final whistle.
The match also marks the Chicago Fire Soccer Club's First Responders Appreciation Night, during which each member of the Chicago Fire, and Sparky, will sport one-of-a-kind commemorative jerseys featuring logos to honor firefighters, police officers and paramedics.
