The long-awaited Chicago Fire Third Kit, designed by Fire supporter Freddy Christiano, goes ON SALE to the public beginning Wednesday, October 1 (PURCHASE HERE NOW). The Fire first team will debut the #cf97ThirdKit during the club's Anniversary Match this Sunday, October 5 vs. Montreal Impact (Tickets & Info).
The players will wear commemorative names and numbers that day which will be available for auction later this week with all proceeds benefiting the Chicago Fire Foundation. More details coming later this week...

Questions have been raised regarding the new vs. old MLS logo that will appear on the jerseys, namely why there appear to be differences between them.
In short, jerseys available for retail from ShopChicagoFire.com or the Fan Shop at Toyota Park will feature the new MLS logo while the kit that debuts Sunday afternoon (and will be up for auction) features the current league logo.
