Senior VP Mike Ernst Heads to Front Lines of Customer Service

In his role as Senior VP of Ticket Sales, Service, Operations and Marketing, Mike Ernst works every day to ensure Chicago Fire fans have a first-rate experience during their visit to Toyota Park. Earlier this month, however, Ernst went the extra mile by seeing what it takes to be a successful ticket-taker when the Fire hosted Toronto FC in Bridgeview.

Like all gameday service staffers, Ernst was tasked with putting into practice the values of the Chicago Fire's CHAMPS program:
