One lucky Chicago Fire Kids Club will win a private tour of the You! The Experience exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago with a Chicago Fire player! GRAND PRIZE: The Winner will receive one (1) private tour (including admission) of the YOU! The Experience exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago for himself/herself, along with four (4) guests and one (1) Chicago Fire player
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win a prize. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person.
- Email Method: Email one (1) completed Official Entry Form to the Chicago Fire Kids Club at sparky@chicago-fire.com. Email entries must be received by Sponsors on or before 11:59 PM CST on August 31, 2012 to be eligible.
- Mail-in Method: Mail one (1) completed Official Entry Form in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before August 31, 2012 and received by Sponsors on or before September 14, 2012 to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.
WINNER SELECTION: The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing on or about September 15, 2012 from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsors. The decisions of Sponsors are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, family and per household. The potential Winner will be notified by e-mail, mail and/or telephone (in the sole discretion of Sponsors and/or the applicable MLS Entity, as applicable) by the Sponsors. In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such notification within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.
